Soma Vinyasa
Soma Vinyasa classes are a journey of awakening. Strong attention to alignment and specifically designed sequences reveal new energies and hidden potential. The intention of this class is to move and balance the pranic flow (life-force) in the most forgotten parts of the parts of the body/mind and spirit while still connecting to the rhythmic dance of Vinyasa.
Intermediate
For students who are ready to take their practice to the next level and wish to focus on the fundamentals of postures, pranayama &meditation.
Yin-Restorative
Deep, luxurious asana sequences allow our body, mind and spirit to release, heal and harmonize. This class offers a journey toward the center of you, awakening the living energy of creativity and expression.
Mindful Mat Pilates
Mindful Mat Pilates explores the traditional form of lengthening and strengthening the core of the body. Energetically, we honor the benefits of a balanced third chakra, which offers a sense of empowerment, choice and instinctual awareness. All levels welcomed.
Solar Flow
Celebrate each new day with a flowing series of postures, stretches, and breathing techniques that will energize the body and mind. The vigorous and creative sequencing will offer modifications for all levels of practice.
Pilates Infusion
An innovative and playful approach to the traditional mat sequence
which originated with Joseph Pilates. Tapping into the inner fire
builds core strength and definition in this lengthening, fluid
sequence. All levels welcome

Wise Yoga
Yoga for the Wise is a softer path for the journey of self-discovery
through movement. By warming slowly through rhythmic patterns of breath
and movement deeper openings will happen effortlessly . Students of all
levels are welcomed to come explore and develop a yoga practice that is
meaningful for them.
Kundalini Yoga
Kundalini Yoga is a 5,000-year-old authentic system of yogic exercise and
meditation that promotes health, happiness, and spiritual awareness. There are
three basic components to Kundalini Yoga. There are the physical postures,
literally thousands of kriyas (exercise sets) that strengthen and balance the
nervous system, the glandular system and the circulatory system to promote
optimum physical and emotional health. Breathing techniques (pranayam) assist a
person in processing emotions and feelings, controlling moods, and developing
concentration. Mantra (sound) and meditation techniques work to direct and
discipline the mind. The practice of this yoga can give you the strength,
courage and radiance to meet all of life’s challenges with grace. And it’s fun!

Heated Vinyasa
An intermediate vinyasa class with a warmer than average temperature. The heat relaxes the muscles, increases flexibility, cardiovascular activity and helps burn calories.
Yoga Fit
A combination of pilates and yoga which will empower your core, burn calories and improve posture while simultaneously achieving a balance between mind and body through “asanas” and breathing techniques.
Hatha Flow
The goal of Hatha Yoga is to achieve balance between body, mind and spirit through physical poses known as asanas, regulating the breath, known as pranayama and meditation.It helps us to answer the question “who am I?” In Hatha Flow we will link postures and the breath into sequences to open the body and mind energizing our true nature. Attention is paid to alignment and proper breath coordination. The moderate pace is appropriate for all levels.
Yoga for Atheletes
All are welcome to come and develop their practice with this class. Yoga for athletes will help you better develop a breathing technique while
it improves your balance, flexibility, core strength, and endurance. Add
this practice to your training routine or simply make it part of your
week. This class will begin with an active warm up and then spend time
focusing on deepening individual poses.

Please note that class purchases are non-refundable/transferable but may be made up within the alloted time. Class packages are activated the first day of attendance and expire 6 months from that date. If you are purchasing a workshop, please note a 48 hour cancellation policy for full refund.
